Lady Finger Flower is very beautiful. This image is taken by my self. There are so many name of this plant but in India we are saying that Bhindi (Lady Finger Flower). The plant is cultivated in tropical, subtropical and warm temperate regions around the world. By eating this vegetable we get ==>31 kcal Energy on 100 g. I am eating Ladyfinger vegetable till now it's to good i like Ladyfinger vegetable. Lady Finger Flowers also looking good.
